1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Enterprise Office platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and you will be notified of any material changes via email or through notifications on the Platform.

2. Definitions

"Platform": The Enterprise Office SaaS system for managing offices, centers, and co-working spaces.
"User": Any person who registers and uses the Platform, whether a center owner, branch manager, receptionist, or tenant.
"Services": All services provided through the Platform including but not limited to: booking management, digital wallet, tax invoices, HR and financial reports.
"Content": All data, information, and materials entered or uploaded to the Platform by the User.

3. User Accounts

To use the Platform services, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Booking and Payment System

The Platform allows booking of rooms and offices by hour, day, or month. Bookings are confirmed upon completion of payment. If payment is not made within 15 minutes of booking (the auto-hold period), the booking will be automatically cancelled. All payments are made in Egyptian Pounds via available payment methods (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, bank transfer, e-wallet). A simplified electronic tax invoice is issued for each confirmed booking in accordance with the Egyptian e-invoice system.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights of the Platform, its content, software, design, and trademarks are fully owned by Enterprise Office. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your personal and financial data. All data transmitted through the Platform is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocol. Data is stored on secure servers with complete data isolation between offices and tenants. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Services, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall the Platform be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform's liability to any User is limited to the total amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim event. The Platform shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

The Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend any User's access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon account termination, the User may request data export within 30 days of the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration mechanisms or before the competent Egyptian courts.
